Follow any artifact to keep track of its activities and updates across various viewers and editors.

Unfollowing Artifact

Unfollow an artifact when you no longer need to track its updates.

Followed Artifacts Indication

When you follow an artifact, a bell icon will appear, letting you know that you’re now following it. This visual marker helps you easily identify the artifacts you’re tracking.

You can filter comments based on the “Records that I am following” status, ensuring that you only see comments related to the artifacts you care about. You can even combine this filter with others, like “Include comments I have made,” to further refine what’s displayed.

Filtering Followed Artifacts in Activity Stream

You can filter the activity stream based on the “Records that I am following” status to focus only on the artifacts you follow. This ensures that you’ll only see the activities that are most relevant to you, helping you stay informed without unnecessary clutter.

Filter Recently Accessed Artifacts Based on Followed Artifacts

To make it easier for you to manage your followed artifacts, the Recently Accessed Records screen includes a tab called “Records Followed by Me.” This tab lists all the artifacts you’re following, so you can quickly access and manage them whenever you need to.

Filter Artifacts Based on Relational Filter

In the Filter Wizard, you can use the Relational Filter to filter artifacts based on the “Which I am following?” criteria. This allows you to easily focus on the artifacts you are currently tracking.
