Overview
Roles are used for consolidating security privileges (to learn how to create Roles, click here). By assigning permissions to roles, you ensure consistent security settings for all users assigned to that role.
This article describes the steps for granting permissions to Roles.
Prerequisites
You must have TopTeam Administrator permissions to grant permissions to Roles.
Step 1. Open the Administration area of TopTeam

Step 2. Click Configure System Security

Step 3. Grant Permissions to Roles – Select a Role and click Edit Permissions


Step 1. Open the Administration area of TopTeam Desktop App

Step 2. Click Configure System Security

Step 3. Click Specify Role Permissions

Step 4. Grant Permissions to Roles
