Overview
You can edit fields in artifacts that are Reused as Instances, except the State, Owner, and Ref. ID fields. For this, you need to configure which fields should be editable in a reused artifact. This means that when changes in those fields are made in the source of a reused artifact, these fields will not synchronize.
For example, you can make the RACI field of the Stakeholder record type editable for a reused artifact.
NOTE |
This configuration can be done at the system level or project level. When any setting is specified at the project level, it will override those specified at the system level. |
This article explains how to configure editable fields for reused artifacts at the system and project level.
