Overview
This article helps you learn about inserting links in a Rich Text field using Quick Explorer.
There are two ways to perform this action using Quick Explorer:
- Insert links in a rich text field from Quick Explorer
- Copy-paste artifacts in a rich text field from Quick Explorer
Method 1. Insert artifacts links in a rich text field from Quick Explorer
Step 1.1. Navigate to a rich text field of an artifact and open Quick Explorer
Step 1.2. Select artifacts that you want to insert in the rich text field
Step 1.3. Drag-and-drop artifacts to the rich text field

If a traceability rule is defined between the two record types, Traceability Link will be created between the artifact and inserted link artifact.

Method 2. Copy-paste artifacts in a rich text field from Quick Explorer
Step 2.1. Open a rich text field of an artifact
Step 2.2. Open Quick Explorer from the top toolbar

Step 2.3. Copy (Ctrl+C) artifacts in Quick Explorer
Step 2.4. Press Ctrl+V in the rich text field to insert links
