Overview
You can define or customize layout for a record type to display in Document View. You can specify which fields and panels should display for the record type.
Who should read this?
- TopTeam Administrators
Step 1. Go to the Administration section of TopTeam Web
Step 2. Click Configure Record Type Screens
Step 3. Define Screens for Record Type

Step 4. Select a record type and edit the screen “For Document Editor”
NOTE: Document View displays only Repository Artifacts. Hence, you will see For Document Editor screen already defined for Repository Artifacts record types.
Step 5. Add/remove fields
Step 6. Arrange Fields
Step 7. Edit Fields Properties
You can check Hide Caption property to hide the caption of the selected field in Document View.
Step 8. Save the changes
View the changes made to the screen layout of the record type in Document View
