Overview

There are three user accounts in TopTeam –

• Authors (Internal Users)
• Collaborators (External Users)
• Viewers (Users that have read-only access to TopTeam repository)

TopTeam Administrators can convert a user account from one type to another in scenarios such as when a Collaborator or Viewer wants to author requirements, perform analysis, etc., you need to convert the account to Author.

This article describes the procedure to convert a user account, which can be done using TopTeam Web.

Step 1. Navigate to Manage User Accounts screen

Step 2. Convert a User Account

Step 3. Confirm to convert the User Account

Step 4. The User Account has been converted
